This cupcake has been a while in the kitchen. My housmate made this using the Betty Crocker instant mix. It tastes good regardless of how easy to make it! Do cupcakes have always to be pretty?? If yes, then I don't want this buddy to be left out. So I tried to put some 'spring' on her before I decided to take her last breath.

Let the Spring begin
